This is my very 1st month. So far so good. I will soon setup auto payments so I don’t have to worry about paying on time. The support of Sail is very helpful. I am grateful for that. The installer was also great.
The whole process of getting the connection installed was simple and painless. Everyone I've interacted with has been extremely patient, accommodating, professional and polite. The speed is obviously great, and the latency hasn't been drastically different either. M... read more

Through the years, they jacked up the price, adding a data-cap, adding TV packages (I have never watched or even bothered to set up), more junk fees, and renewing the contract with them is a pain. Besides being a bad service provider (e.g. unplanned internet down for 4–12 hours long during the working/school hours, or intermittent down at... read more
