was lied to about the service that I received in shipping. If you have any further questions, you can look at Google review and there's plenty of comments left for you need new management how to talk to people how to communicate to people service. Waited for weeks for my guitar. Store told me it’s shipped only to find out that it’s out of stock so they just shipped the guitar amp. I asked for a return and the customer service didn’t get back to me. My refund has not been made yet to. Awful experience

Pick a better shipping company and when your employees say they will open a investigation then they need to get back with customer

I didn't enjoy the experience; I did not receive my complete order. An item was canceled (I received information that it is not in stock) and the product continues to be sold on the website. There is also a cable missing…
The only reason why I'm not giving a 1-star review is because the speaker I bought was cheaper here than any other online music retailer at the time of purchase. The review is mainly due to the poor customer service I received and shady business practices with their 60-DAY PRICE PROTECTION "guarantee." Within a few weeks of buying a speaker from Sam Ash, it was on sale for $25 cheaper from another online store that was an authorized dealer and had it in-stock. I assumed, silly me, that Sam ash would hire a delivery company that wouldn't leave an expensive piano sitting in my son's driveway... Not even ringing the bell to let him know it was there or at the very least, bringing out onto the covered front porch. When I called Sam Ash to complain, I was told to take it up with the delivery company. Disappointed to say the least.
