Talking to your salesperson over the phone was unpleasant. Condescending and pushy attitude.
I searched and searched for a promo code and nothing. It took customer service to issue me one. In order to get a discount or a lget a lower price you have to create an account. You can't even checkout as a guest , they want you to call them . Once they give you an answer..they hang up with you by chat and you have to start all over . Deliver products that are not ruined. Answer when customer contact through the website and email. Be respectful to, listen to and help the costumer when we call. Give return labels for products that arrived broken. Give the correct information and real email address to reach out to costumer services. This experience was very surprising and disappointing. Wow.
I ordered an item at Samash.com for pick up in my local store. When I arrived, it was ready to go. The store manager handled it himself. Great manager, friendly and helpful staff.
I practically had to call a week to check the order, only to find out it wasn't shipped. Moreover, I paid 100 dollars forntwo day shipping and I haven't received the the item yet.
Sam Ash was completely irresponsible with the shipping of my item. I had to call a week after the order, only to find out that the shipping wasn't being performed. Moreover, I paod for a two day shipping service and it's being four days and the item is still in transit.
Excellent customer service
Your stock tracking needs to be much much better. Made four orders for guitars this year - three had major snafus and still waiting for one. One of the four orders, I was told was not in stock and will not receive and it showed up within a few days. Another one shoed 'in stock' for four days straight on the website and then suddenly got cancelled without reasons given before cancellation. Returned a guitar that was billed as new but was damaged. It’s been 3 weeks and my money has not been refunded. The sales manager also questioned the condition of the guitar and said they shipped a factory unopened guitar. My pics tell a different story. Also I’ve made several inquiries on the refund and every time there going to email someone to inquire.
