Inaccurate searches. Website displays unavailable stock. Initial sales person was helpful. Did not receive call back on from tech/repair department concerning issues with guitar. I requested a price match via phone and email, but the representative was dismissive and denied my request. I informed them of their 30-day price guarantee and reiterated my intention to stop shopping at Sam's. Surprisingly, a week later, my price adjustment was approved.
