In-store experience was great. Patient and attentive customer service. Online experience was a train wreck. Placed my order using my rewards certificate. Did not receive it. Cancelled my order and I lost my rewards points on purchase.
Be more honest or accurate about delivery time/date. Order 2001289596 was placed on 11/19/2023; with a 2nd day shipping; as of 11/28/2023 order has not been received. Contacted customer service twice but explanation provided was not satisfactory.

Sam Ash either sold me a used guitar as a new guitar or the person that shipped it failed miserably. I received my guitar in a box from a different manufacturer. There was no documentation included. The gig bag was missing. The tremolo bar was also missing. To make matters worse there is supposed to be a plate on the back of the guitar the covers the trem system and the electronics.
