Misleading pictures about your product. Sales person said he has no knowledge of the condition of your product that he's selling.
Sent wrong item, was a disaster trying to get it corrected. Used the return label and was charged for shipping. Numerous calls to get correct item and spoke to a number of people who did not know how to handle simply sending the item ordered. Item was delivered back to Sam ash on Oct. 18 now on Oct. 21 have not gotten confirmation of correct item being shipped.
Terrible experience! I ordered online and the tracking was sub-par. When the package arrived it was not the item I ordered. When I called customer service I was told the item I ordered was not available. Then I was told that my money would be returned until the returned wrong item they sent me. We bought a brand new midi keyboard on Ebay at the Sam Ash store. It was supposed to come in its original packaging, with all the cables and software. Instead, they mail us a used one with scratches on the drum pads, no software, and no instruments loaded. It was a blank slate. It was delivered loose wrapped in bubble wrap in a box that was returned once before( They left the other persons return label and markings on the box ). Ordered a new product but sent me a used, open box item that was also missing parts. Then they tried to get me to return it to my nearest Sam Ash on my dime. Like gas is free.
