Ordered Gibson Les paul classic. Guitar was NOS as it was made over a year ago. Packaging was in rough shape. Guitar was fine overall but looked as if it had been a display model. Covered in dust and fingerprints. Would probably not order a guitar from them again.
At first, Sam Ash did not send the correct item: I ordered two Remo Emperor Clear drumheads, but, Sam Ash sent 1 Emperor and 1 Ambassador drumhead. Then, a customer service representative insisted Sam Ash sent the correct order. I demanded that Sam Ash correct their mistake, but it took more than a week for the correct Remo Emperor Clear drumhead to be sent
Before making the purchase I asked for the delivery time in my zipcode. I was told that it would take couple of days. I placed the order on Wednesday hoping to gift the guitar for a birthday over the weekend. The delivery date came out to be next Tuesday which is almost 1 week. Ordered one thing. Got another. Now I'm not sure I'll get the correct item in time. I have an important event coming up and I am not sure SamAsh will deliver in time. Also, I ordered two identical items. They shipped separately. One was correct and one was not. I am not sure how that makes sense.

Package didn’t ship for a week I had to call in just to get it shipped out and it’s been another week since then and still haven’t received my order. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered it if I had known it would have taken this long I would have just went to guitar center
