Purchased a Kawai home digital piano. There was no indication on SamAsh or Kawai website that the was a "Some Assembly Required" product. Also had repeated problems with the freight company chosen by SamAsh (T Force). It will be a few days until I can put this thing together and see if it works.
i will NEVER deal with sam ass again Endless phone calls - and now I get to wait a week to get a refund on your fuck up for a purchase that was sen incomplete? ZERO customer service. ZERO from your management. The salesperson ENDLESSLY tried to help - a good person among the zero management at your co - i was put on call 30+ times and hung up on as many times waiting. Your management is beyond poor.
I purchased a pair of studio monitor speakers but when the parcel arrived it was only one speaker!! Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare! Cannot get hold of anyone to speak to, lack of communication. STILL waiting to resolve this issue and get full refund? I will NEVER use this company again!

If I order something online, I expect to be able to pick it up immediately. Your source of competitive advantage is the ability to pick something up immediately. Even Amazon can’t do that — yet. The delay is ridiculous.
Purchased a guitar online and received a different guitar. When I called to notify them, they seemed more concerned about getting that guitar returned than correcting my order. They sent me a return label immediately and the wrong guitar was shipped back within hours of receiving it. I ordered a mandolin on Sam Ash's website and it arrived without one string (1st E). Last week (9/14) I ordered a mandolin gig bag online and the order status is still showing 'processing' after 4 days! Also, there is NO contact support information on the website. I won't ever use it again.
I found my desired color at your store, but purchasing experience was not good.
