When my guitar was not received at the promised date, I called to complain and was hung up on by Bobby. You paid fedex for the delivery. It was you who needed to ensure delivery. You had your money and so did not care. I was given no assurance that I would get delivery. It came the next day after dark, unannounced. FedEx gave no explanation or new date for delivery.
Send new guitars not demos when a person buys a new guitar ! Sweetwater kills you guys !!!
Order got cancelled after a week of processing and payment with no explanation.
Guitar bought might be a good deal but had a lot of risky work to make a new pickup plate installation work.
Shipping was very late. Communication almost non-existent.
I walked into the Lyndhurst location and recieved no help. I left the items I was carrying on the counter and walked out the door
I had ordered the PRS McCarty 594 SE in Black and gold for $949, a sales a manger emailed me and said they had one left and it would be shipped from a store as it was a display model. No problem I've done that before, he emailed me a pic of it and it was not the guitar I had ordered. The one he sent me was the $829 McCarty 594 SE in tobacco sunburst finish with the plain mahogany top.
