I set a low bar. You aren't Sweetwater, whose advertising I find onerous. I got a discount and my product, and rep walked me through the process.
I ordered some items on 7/19, and I paid for the Next day delivery. I did not get it until 7/27. Project was due on 7/22. I had to return these items to a local store, no longer need them. Bad service!!!
Used instrument arrived in subpar condition: missing & loose pads and needing bridge work. This required making a second visit to the 34th St store for repairs - extra time, travel, and inconvenience.
I bought two QSC’s from SamAsh eBay store and I couldn’t regret more. Terrible! I paid over $1,500. Shipping came late and in 4 different deliveries at different times.. Looks like the boxes were being tossed around carelessly. One of the speakers was dented in three different parts!! I’ve tried to contact SamAsh via eBay platform and nothing. More than 10 messages over 4 days and nothing! Not even sure the speakers are new as they claimed. Feels like a scam to be honest. Will report
Honestly, I would prefer if someone from corporate would contact me. I have a bunch of suggestions. I have been a Sam Ash customer going back to the 60's - would take the LIR into the city from Flushing. I would prefer to make an appointment for the call by receiving an e-mail. Hello, I bought a new Roland td17kv drum but a used one arrived in terrible condition; the screen has a fault, the module has many signs of cosmetic wear, the pads are dirty and stained. I communicated through the Ebay platform and so far I have not received a response. Returned amp that was in "Poor" condition. Also it was filthy. Obviously they didn't even take a minute to clean it before sending it out. I had evidence of liquid seeping out of it. Disgusting. No cal or communication after my ebay messeges to the Sam Ash ebay people. So won't be a next time. Pics were sent and still available.
