When you sell a piece of gear at new "in box" price, don't give the customer a damaged floor model. I ordered online to not have to make the drive to the store but I had to go anyway to exchange the faulty item. Very low knowledge on how gear works and very little interest besides the money you make off the item.
You sent a complete different material of the cleaning swab
Over a week later and part of my order still has not shipped and nobody seems to inclined to help. Never again!
The guitar I ordered was broken; the customer service rep I called was polite and handled the matter well. I immediately boxed and sent the broken unit back. Unfortunately, from this point forward, I have been frustrated. The replacement has not arrived and a callback to customer service was not helpful.
Your so called guitars of distinction are no better than anyone else’s. You will not deal on them. You claim you match and you don’t. Your company has been a big disappointment to me now for several years. You guys used to do what you claim. Now you think your shit don’t stink. Well it smells like everybody else’s. Poor company at this point.
Ordered Thrive casting crowns piano book on May 1. Had to call Sam Ash Music store in King of Prussia, PA on May 10. It was just sitting in warehouse with shipping label on it. They were having problems with local USPS picking up so they found it & it is on its way to arrive May 13!
Sell used equipment as used not new.
Never received item ordered.
