The guitar is great the shipping method however is a joke FedEx is useless, no communication I paid for two day air 5 days later without updating their website and taking two days off work to be home to sign it finally arrived . Using FedEx will detour me from shopping at Sam ash in the future start using UPS
For BASIC items it should be all'estero 1 - 2 day delivery
I ordered 3 items and only received 2. I never received any notification that I was never going to receive the third item. This Apparently they don't mind sending advertisements to my email constantly, but can't be bothered to let me know important information about my order. I shouldn't have to call customer service to find that out.
You sent me a broken used instrument without a bow instead of a brand new cello package and have so far been mostly unresponsive in trying to get a replacement, and then ask if I had 5 star service!?! Lol, clowns

Item was listed as in stock when in fact, it was a backorder. This wasn't communicated until I pressed the issue. Also wasn't communicated when it had shipped; I only guessed it had sent as I had a charge on my card and started looking in the building foyer each day for a package.
I ordered a guitar online and picked up in store. Sales associate unboxed the guitar and even discarded the trash.
