Take Care of your instruments
The amp I received was a biological hazard. I wish I could upload photos to show the amount of mold that this amp was covered in. My only option was to carry it 10 blocks to a fedex to send it back, or take an hour+ bus ride to a store in person. I ordered a pedal and an amp. The pedal never shipped and the amp I received looked like it was a prop in the last of us. Ordered all of the same stuff from sweetwater, got them both in 2 days for ~$20 cheaper.
My purchase is missing , FedEx. Has no record of the shipment. I contacted you through ebay and didn't get a response. Then I called and an investigation is under way. Very poo r communication.
Refused to accept cancel request and delivered item to an address multiple states away from me. Horrible customer service, absolutely no response when I reached out.
Sent wrong qty of item, took days and days to figure out how to solve and then finally explained it was in fact price for single item with no compromise or resolution. I don't appreciate being lead on and lied to. Horrible company.

I ordered a brand new musicians adjustable performance seat for $268 and in three day I received a very used damaged chair that looked and felt like someone in the warehouse has been using for a couple three years none of the adjustments parts worked and two were broken. on top of that it was send to me in two wash pan boxes what a mess. I don't like to leave native reviews but you asked me twice for a review sorry I think that was a mistake. Monte Pappas
