I order A mixer, I had to call ten days after my order, Product was not on stock You shod of told me as soon As place my order not ten day latter
Well meaning, but very disorganized employees, email notifications that the order was ready for pickup (as in none) and took forever to simply retrieve the item from the warehouse and place it into my hands.
Send the right product as advertised, actually respond to the customer at some point. Sam Ash use to be a great music store but not anymore
Send me what I ordered. Not the wrong item.
Better packing and care to clean off previous shipping labels. FedEx held the shipping due to multiple shipping labels and then ended up damaging to the status of undeliverable. This was both a gift and needed for a gig that never made it after 8 days. Then Customer Service failed to provide any further updates after the initial opening of a case file. Epic fail on shipping store’s part. $1800 guitar… toast. And a last minute scramble for me. Guitar Center for the win!
Unfortunately Samash payments gateway is not ready for the future to come. Their automatic security fraud detection system have no ideia of what they are doing, denying several attempts of any credit card. They even give the option for Google Pay and Amazon pay. The first doesn't now the difference between billing and shipping address, the later bugs the checkout on any smartphone, and their local payment solution thinks everybody is a fraud. The Alvarez map66 is a beautiful little guitar with amazing tone, however it needed some work to the action and general set up to make it playable. If a guitar is going to carry a “masterworks” label, it should be seen in the setup!
erything i have purchased comes horribly packaged! looks like used products, i feel like im being sold used items , so i will not ever purchase anything from samash again
Honesty. The item advertised as new. In fact is anything but. No box. Shipped bubble wrap in a alto sax box no manual, scratched on all sides. Looks to have been installed Face plate bent and marks where it was installed. At least it works. Was no bargain for a discontinued item to boot. I ordered a DBX pa2 from a competitor came in perfect. I live in Huntington and haves shopped at Sam Ash for 50 years. Never Again.
