It is impossible to track the order thru your site. I tried for a week. I will not recommend anyone buying online with you guys.

My only reason for my rating is its took 5 different shipments and 5 days to get my complete order.
Don’t sell used equipment when the purchase was got new product. Ship correct not incorrect product. Have customer service trained accurately versus conflicting answers. Be responsive as opposed to ignoring customer. Basics.
Give me what I ordered. I ordered a left-handed guitar which I waited over a month for and I received a right-handed guitar. The guitar I received was returned and you do not have what I ordered in stock.
I was shipped the wrong instrument. At no time did anyone from Sam Ash try to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I contacted customer service as soon as I opened the box, but it took over two days to get a return label. There was zero effort to make things right, or get me a correct instrument. I took my business elsewhere.
Better customer service in front of a bad situation
I ordered a Zaolla balanced cable. I was shocked and very disappointed when I opened the box. The cable was covered with heavy dust and the 1/4” phone plug not only dirty was also rusted. It seemed like this cable was dug out from under the ground. It’s the worse experience the I ever had since I started buying on line. I have no idea how the cable got shipped out in the first place.
