Take less than 2 weeks to ship after you took 2 minutes to take my money. The day I started the return/refund process is, magically, the day you finally ship my item? Give me a break! Still haven't received the item either as it KEEPS getting delayed!! Awful awful awful customer service!
The end of the product package was open on one end. The product has scratches on the backside. It could very well be that way from the manufacturer. Not worth trying a return. I’ll find a use for it.
Ordered something on line.went to store to pick up.they couldn't find it. Had to wait like 30 minutes for them to find it.. When I finally looked at the item, I realize it wasn't the piece that I ordered. I finished the purchase because I needed the item but I'm not sure I'm gonna keep it most likely going to return it to the store next week.
be honest. and ship out new product
Purchased item, received call from seller several days later asking if I wanted the "last one they had in stock". I told them yeah, I already bought it of course I want it. Item shipped out, they slapped shipping labels right on the factory box. Would have happily paid more for them to re-box it.
List the correct item
Sent me the guitar, but left out the case it was supposed to come with. Told me they would overnight it, than the store in called and said sorry you ain't getting a case.
The Bass I ordered came poorly packed with very little packing material in it, and because of this, the body of the bass received damage from the left side to the back plate.
Can't do zero stars but I got a horrible product and the customer service is almost non-existent. Staff seem to be undertrained as well. Rather go to Amazon at this point; I think bezos is slightly less trashy than these guys; I guess nothing is sacred these days...
