I called Sam Ash in Orlando to ask if they had the keyboard I wanted in stock. They said they'll check and call me back. They didn't. So I drove to the store. No one helped me on the floor, so I flagged someone myself. They didn't have the keyboard in stock but another store did. The return process is horrible. Not even provided a return label to make the return process easier.
I happened to visit a Sam Ash store while traveling and a few days later decided I wanted one of the guitars that I played there. It was cheaper in store compared to online so I called to see if they would price match. They did, the same rep called to check on the guitar when it arrived as well. Unfortunately the guitar was damaged in transit (it was packaged properly, FedEx just beat the heck out of it). Purchased a used Yamaha FS830 acoustic guitar from Sam Ash Direct on eBay. After playing for 2 minutes I knew why the guitar was used and returned the first time. The D string buzzed all the way up the fret board. As the action was already high, repairing would require fret dressing at minimum and possible refret. Returned the guitar.
Packed a damaged unit into a shipping box and sent it. No regard for quality IMO. Will not be shopping here again.
Box inside the shipping box was never closed. Wasn't even folded over to secure the product inside. How did this make it out of their door to ship?

Late order, miss matching availability between in store and online, Staff was also rude and unprofessional. Switch to amazon immediately!!!!!
Never buy from "samash." I had an ebay transaction and God I wish I never did. They stole my personal information from my ebay sale and added me to their spam lists despite my many emails to demand that they stop. Not worth it. Would've rather paid twice the price for the same stupid cup rather than get my mail and email spammed for 3 damned years.
