Ordered a "new" guitar which shipped directly from a store. It came in a box from a different manufacturer, without a gig bag or anything else, and had a 2" long piece of the headstock missing (which was not in the box, indicating it was shipped this way). Disappointing, to say the least.
Sent the wrong strings. Do yourself a favor and deal with competent people at a different source. I sent a complaint email to them and they didn’t even bother to respond. Like most retail stores, it’s only a matter of time before they disappear.
Not charge the credit card twice.... Give the 100 dollars discount for a purchase of 1250 dollars.... I needed before Christmas...it came on 26... When you go to the store you go to buy not to someone tell me to but it on-line....
You didn't write the proper address, never received item.
Tell customer exact dimensions of shipping container. We were told 2 feet and the box is approx 4 feet. We now have to pay for our son to ship it to his house instead of putting it in an overhead on plane or in his luggage Sam Ash in NY shifted the blame to us. In addition,.it took me 4 calls today to speak with someone. The person who wanted to be helpful, did not return calls as he had said...
They sold me a used guitar that they had priced at $400 and gave me a "deal" for $350. I trusted them and didn't check the pricing online. Turns out they sell the exact same guitar NEW for $370! And when I searched online I was able to buy it for $279 somewhere else. Disappointing. Going to Guitar Center from now on.
No power cord with the item I bought.
Don't lie and tell me an item is in NJ then when I look at the tracking I see it's actually coming from TX. Also, learn to properly test midi guitars so you don't sell a broken item.
Shipped me a wrong item. Wouldn’t send me what I actually ordered until they received the other item back. Horrible service.
