Contacted customer service about a problem with order and the rep assured me it would be corrected immediately. 4 days later I had to call back to ask again about the issue. Still not resolved
Sent a guitar that was not set up No certificate of authenticity Pots were scratchy Bridge and trem arm were loose Not cool I’m the guy running around trying to get it returned so I can get another gift So disappointing

I cancelled the order but it is taking an inordinate amount of time to reverse the charge for a product I cancelled before it was even shipped.
They make it seem like your stuff will arrive in a couple days, but it actually took a week. This isn't the first time this had happened. I really need to remember not to order anything from this place anymore
I never received my packages from SamAsh. I called them to make them aware and received horrible service. I was told to call my bank and dispute the charges because there was nothing they could do….they did not do anything about my lost packages ordered from them. I do not have my packages nor my money spent 🤔😲😞😟 very disappointed
Sent me a product that was supposed to be and listed as new with a box that had been opened and clearly used. Called customer service (the product is no longer stocked), and they offered a return but no credit or discount option. Completely unsatisfactory. Won't likely buy here again. Use Sweetwater, Zzounds, or Guitar Center / MusiciansFriend. Far better customer service.
Purchased from you in the past and was satisfied. This time, I saved $10 on a $100 purchase but had to wait the better part of a week for it to arrive. For $10 more, Amazon would had delivered within 2 days. To me, that's important. Also, one of the two percussion pieces I purchased will have to returned, which I will pay for, whereas Amazon has free returns. Add to that, it took 15 minutes for the salesperson to take the order over the phone ... well, there it is.
