I had to order the guitar 4 times. I had to get help with costumer service which didn’t do a good job. I won’t order a gay from this company.
Horrible experience purchasing a Casio PX-S7000 from Sam Ash music in New York. If you're looking to purchase online, let me just say "buyer beware." One of very few places that had the piano in stock, so I purchased it online. FOUR days later got a call - "oops, we only have floor models. is that ok?" Guitar was not set up at all. Poor presentation for something that costs nearly $500..

Easy to order online, my item very reasonably priced and was received in the time promised, can't ask for anything more than that.
I specifically ordered from Sam Ash because they claimed the item was in stock. Well it turned out not to be in stock however no one contacted me, until i reached out and overall it took 2 months to reach me
Provide correct order and give refund immediately for your mistake. Shouldn’t have to mail in the incorrect item before I can receive a refund.
I bought a guitar from samash.com that was also on the Sam Ash reverb store and was told it was not the same guitar by the salesman. The same guitar on the reverb store was $2300 and the one I bought from samash.com was $2519. They were the same guitar and same serial number, I was lied to by the salesperson and had to call customer support and get some of my money back.
