Shipping fed ex not on time. Shipping across country does not work. Using Amazon it was here next day.
I have been delaying taking the survey until I could determine how the after-the-purchase-support will be rated. It's not met expectations. For instance I called a Yamaha to determine where the model and serial numbers are on the one-page (in English) are to complete the product registration. I had some traffic on the way to pick up the keyboard but still arrived about 10 mins before closing and the door was locked. Keyboard is fine but I needed it before a trip. I was banging on windows but none of the 3-4 employees would even look at me until I banged really hard which I really shouldn’t be doing since I’m a piano player.
I bought a guitar online because Sweetwater didn't have the one I wanted in stock. When the guitar arrived I noticed immediately that there was a problem with it. If the person who packed and shipped it would have simply looked it over, he should have noticed it too. I have sent it back for an exchange and I'm still waiting for my new guitar. If it's not perfect I will send it back for a refund.
I still haven't received my order a week after the expected arrival date. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and haven't followed up with my inquiry after saying they would after my second call.
Take better action on your part when a customer is not fully satisfied with your decisions. The whole experience with Sam Ash Music was terrible and poorly executed. Because of that, I’m.no longer spending a single penny on their products!
