Well the amp crapped out on me just two months and you guys did nothing to help except it’s under Factory warranty . I’m so dissatisfied . I will be giving my business back to guitar center . Thanks for nothing
Please train your employees (ZACH in La Mesa store) that a "LIVE" (and ONLY) customer right in front of them is more of a priority than staying on the phone and bantering away with someone and repeating the same, exact information to them four times and making the "live" person wait over 18 minutes when the most efficient and business-like way to handle such a situation is to simply inform the person on the phone that you will take their phone number (which he already had) and he would call them back at the earliest opportun... read more
The item I ordered arrived on time but it was as on open box, and a damaged demo model. I'm not against such a purchase, but It was not advertised as such. I contacted customer support, but since the item is on back order, the only option is to return and refund it.
Nothing is ever in stock, unless the customer wants complete garbage quality or the absolute highest end. For some reason, you’ll sell any amount of gift cards, but restrict use to one, which has a cap. So now the customer has to call the helpline, but your company is so terrible that you don’t have more than three reps available to help. Send everything.I got the foot switch but no seven pin din chord.The communication to begin with and now with this is horrible.
It’s been a horrible experience so far I paid over 1,600 for my dream guitar and didn’t get the hard case it was SUPPOSE COME WITH Even though it says in the description it comes with one. I still have yet to receive a tracking number after they said they found my guitar case and would be shipped to me. I have suspicion that I will never receive my case even if it’s rightfully mine.
