Overall great communication and fast service. I felt like the chats and the email replies really felt like a human talking to me vs "customer service voice". Hard to explain through texts here. I'll be shopping with yall more instead of sweetwater.
I was sold an item as new. I paid for the item as new. The item was visually obvious as used. The item was sold under false pretences. I contacted customer service and spoke with Lisa. She was pleasant to talk to. She informed me she would work to have a resolution by the end of the day. I did not hear from her until a week later. She offered an 8.33% discount, equivalent to $25. The item was listed on eBay as "Brand New." The item was obviously damaged at the time it was shipped but they sent it anyway. It was very well packed and could not possibly have been damaged in shipping. I contacted Sam Ash through eBay and requested a refund and return shipping label. Two days later not a word from them.
Deliver the item i purchased!! I still haven't received it !!!! It's getting close to a month now!!!! You are worst, and i'm filing a complaint. I live in CA which has extended consumer protection statutes, and i am an officer of the court
