Worst experience with a company/business in my life. Go to sweetwater, guitar center, musicians friend or any other music dealer you hap hazardly find through any form of the internet. Any bum on the street promising delusions of nothing is more reputable and has better ethics than this disgrace of a company. Paid for overnight shipping. Order shipped on Friday, delivered on Monday. Called customer service, was told FedEx doesn’t deliver on Saturday. That’s weird because FedEx delivered a package from another shipper to me on that same Saturday. Was told it’s noted on the website that there are no Saturday deliveries. It doesn’t say that at checkout. I’ve been searching the Sam ash website for that information and still haven’t found it. Ordered a brand new wampler velvet fuzz pedal, got a used one that didnt work. Sam Ash sucks.
I have one bad experience after another with them. They do not stand behind what they sell and they do not care about their customers clearly. Recently I purchased a Casio Keyboard, which I was told after the purchase that the only left was a floor sample but it was I perfect condition. I agreed to take it since it was good condition. However it was shipped without its packaging, shoved in a shipping box with little padding and ended with a crack in it. I bought a unit in perfect condition and their employees broke it. Never received my package and no support from customer service
Send the right item I ordered. Next answer my questions I sent through eBay. 3rd allow me to purchase original item I actually had ordered. I’m still in the middle of the process now so you still have a chance to make some corrections
