How were guys able to ship my package to FedEx without my street name on the address label? Causing me stress and unnecessary pressure. No more business with you guys.
Either don’t send a “new” guitar that rusty strings and frets, or keep your word about giving a partial refund. Would have rather had that than returning for a full refund. This was my first time purchasing anything from Sam Ash and it was a very disappointing experience. Probably will not do business with you ever again.
The main thing I only gave two stars is: The guitar came with a check card, or inspection card, and each point was filled in that the guitar had been inspected, but it had NOT been inspected, so how can an employee fill in something that he ( or she) didn’t do..........? And that was the reason why I returned the guitar, because it’s very hard to build up a trust that way with a costumer!!
Don’t sell used shit at a new price and no power cords or Manuel’s
Had the guitar in stock I was looking everywhere for and couldn't find. Ordered it Thursday night and got it Monday at noon, so far so good. The guitar showed up in used condition instead of new having clearly been played a lot. Scratches all over the pickguard and the bridge volume pit so used it damn near spins freely compared to the other posts. Item shipped a week late, was advertised as new but arrived carelessly package in a reused cardboard box — no original box, no instructions, not even the power supply. And no response to the refund request — had to wait for eBay to take over. One of the worst eBay experiences I’ve ever had.
Don’t send damages half ass products again
I purchased an item on an eBay auction and was sent the wrong (and inferior) item. Sam Ash did it respond to emails, and I’ve started a return. Still no communication. A glance at reviews show that the exact same incorrect item was substituted for another buyer. Very poor (dare I say sketchy) service.
Make sure that online orders shipped to your stores for pick up, arrive at the stores, and not to the usps shipping centers.
