When you list an item for sale as "new", send that item. Don't substitute a used item, with non-original parts, lacking all original documentation.

Item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap with no box, no power cord, no instruction book and with knobs missing. It was all scratched and banged up. Communication stopped after the first message from them. I had to return it. I will never buy from this company again.
Sent me the wrong item. Ordered a Fishman Loudbox Mini Charge but they delivered a Fishman Loudbox Mini (not the charge version). Had to return in a physical Sam Ash store to avoid having to ship back the big package.
When making an online listing - eBay in this instance - it would be helpful to (i) correctly identify the instrument being sold, and more importantly, (ii) don't post fuzzy pictures of an instrument that isn't the one you're selling. Cost me $240 to ship back the horn that I wouldn't have purchased if it was correctly described and pictured.
stop selling used keyboard with checking them I bought a used Roland RD-300sx got the warranty and some of the keys was not working send it to be fixed and the guy that you all use said parts was obsolete had the keyboard less than year so they gave me the money back for the warranty had to buy a new keyboard for the church.
I was sent a very used looking foot pedal which was also missing the cable that should have been included, but it was being sold as new. When I called to try to get another one, customer service was extremely reluctant to help me get a replacement. They told me it would be difficult and take a long time. Well I still have no replacement being sent to me after a week, so I am assuming they blew me off. This was my first purchase at Sam Ash and I think it will be my last.
I don't recommend shopping from Sam Ash online. The communication is poor. Half of my order didn't ship for over a month. The only notification I received was to inform me the order had expired and if I wanted to replace it I would have to call. Considering the fact that I still didn't know why it never went out the first time, I got the item elsewhere, only to be notified that, despite being told the order was no longer valid, that the item had finally shipped and I was charged for it. i told the associate i needed the f style machines ..he sent me vintage machines....I dont think he was familiar with the products..
