The wheel was not the same that I saw in the picture, and I have to pay $ 12 to return the item. I won’t buy anything else from this store.
I bought some Evans low volume drum heads from Sam Ash on ebay. When the drum heads arrived they had sent the incorrect drum heads twice. After contacting customer service about getting the correct drum heads they just sent me a return label to send them back. They did not try to send me the correct item that I purchased. Nothing, every time I went to dolphin store I had terrible experiences, I ordered online and you didn't honored anything, lacking professionalism, respect, etc, Allan Diaz very disrespectful and irresponsible, order pock up staff have horrible Customer Service treat. Horrible de Whole experience!
Several issues with the used guitar I purchased were not disclosed. Return process is inconvenient. Competitors customer service is vastly superior.
Send me the product I ordered instead of the cheap knockoff I received.

Please do not list inaccurate product info on ebay. When asked about a full refund, please do not defend yourself with incorrect info and refuse a refund. I called samash directly to resolve this issue after the online chat agent refused a refund.
