More care should be taken when shipping items that cost thousands of dollars. Act like you give a crap. Act like you are shipping a two thousand dollar item to someone that you care about. Don't just pull an item off the shelf, slap a label on it and throw it in the back of a truck. Thank goodness for Sweetwater.
Andrew Wright, Johnathan Moody, Lisa Deyo, and whoever they claim are their as they call them “Higher Ups”, did not honor there words on a product that I purchased. I was given the run around for days without any resolution. After the product that I order was limited in the queue, they responded after several attempts from me, offering me a very unacceptable resolution to my problem. I purchased a kalimba for my girlfriends birthday, but it kept getting attempted delivery before business hours! Why wouldn’t you guys tell FedEx your hours?! Cmon guys! The kalimba arrived nearly a week late! Love you guys but damnit, I’m disappointed!
Sales rep was very informative and helpful. He gets 4 stars. Guitar is was touted as a “guitar of distinction”. A checklist was included that stated the guitar was set up and cleaned up. I made multiple neck adjustments right out of the box. Guitar and inside of gig bag was extremely dusty. I have my doubts that someone actually performed the inspections checked off on the paperwork.
