This is the second time I have had a bad experience with your online store and customer service. The first being my drum set coming with some minor scuffs that your customer service informed me would be taken care of on two occasions and never got back with me. Keep your stock updated! I placed an order on June 5 for two items. They said they were shifted on their way. When received my box I only received one item. When I contacted customer service they told me that one of the items was out of stock. It is unacceptable that you accept my order and charge me for out of stock merchandise! Now I have to wait for a credit back to my card for your error! The money is not a big deal to have to wait for but the whole process is unbelievable! Mixer was listed as new, but when arrived came woth no box no cables and alla scratched up. I called customer service they told me they would call back and never did. You guys are a disgusting company
I ordered a Blackstar HT Drive Valve Pedal. The included 22 volt power supply has a UK plug end. I called directly to clear up the problem but was told that they couldn't do anything for me, so I sent it back. Poor taste fellas... Poor taste

I ordered a Holy Grail reverb pedal on the website that showed that the pedals were in stock. It wasn't until I reached out to customer service a month and half later to find out where my order was to that the item was on a four month back order. ZERO Communication.
Sent an item that was listed as new item without original box and missing parts.
Sent me the wrong item. I payed 1700 for a drum set and received a guitar pedal. I have been waiting a week to receive or hear anything back from you.
