This is the second review of 2 guitar shipments. Apparently, both came out of Store 44/Tampa. One was already opened with scratches on the pickguard and the plastic all peeled off. The other one was packed so terribly that I'm waiting until tomorrow to see if there is damage. I bought two guitars in the past two weeks. One of them did not look new, and in fact it must have been a demo model since it was shoved in a box that wasn't for the "new" guitar and all the plastic was off and in the box. Second one - the box was all but destroyed and so far I'm lucky it doesn't seem to have caused issues on the guitar, but I've had it for 20min and need to look further.
the seller offered a new product and sent a used product, damaged incomplete, dirty and in very poor condition. I would never buy again with him be careful
Terrible. I paid for a brand new Tourtek pedalboard and they sent me a used up dusty kit. They were kind enough to exchange it for me, but I had to make multiple calls. Never again will I order online from them.
2 orders. 8 separate shipments. A colossal clusterfuck that left me royally pissed off. Jordan truly let me down. I will never do business with Sam Ash again. The company is run by idiots.
Need to fix your inventory issue. Almost nothing is available. I ordered a bass head and cab, both said in stock. Only the head came. A few days go by and I called Sam ash only to find out they don't have the cab and just canceled half the order without even mentioning that to me. I had to call to find out lol.
Samash is very good at selling item. However, issue handling and all the matter after selling is not good at. They are pretty non-professional. One of customer representative scheduled 5times to pick up 150lbs piano starting to try to work with Fedex. No kidding. Fedex would take 150lbs large digital piano package? told her multiple times, she just did it. then she tried another carrier and constantly denied then took 1.5 month just to pick it up. refund is another mess work for them. You can't apply your no intrest programs on backordered products. Customers count on those promotions to buy expensive gear. You advertise it online but do honor it when customers try to order it. It's very misleading
