So they ship me a box in perfect condition with damaged item's inside which tells me the moron,s at the warehouse thought it was ok to shove in a obviously Crushed damaged product into my order. My first call to customer service i am told that an email with info and a return shipping label is coming so i can get a replacement... well guess what nothing ever came. Sell what you advertise. You sent me the wrong product.
Possibly the worst experience a customer could have. i order a new product and was delivered an incomplete used demo model. Upon contacting Sam Ash, they replied with a form letter than nothing to do with the request I made. After calling in I was assured that my issue would be taken care of and promised a call back. Neither of these happened. I've gotten terrible customer service from Sam Ash and would expect nothing but the same for anyone else. Terrible, store drum sales people consistently recommended wrong equipment purchases from drum stands to heads. Shipping was a problem and required many phone calls. Shame on you sam ash!
Tried to buy a bass initially due to poor communication and not seeing proper expectations i had to cancel. Customer service was useless in really answering questions. The bass pedal i bought was supposed to be here Tuesday and we are here at the end of that week and still nothing. Usually service is good but you all really dropped the ball on this transaction.
I shopped all over for strat ultra luxe (Guitar Center, Sweetwater) but Sam Ash had it in stock.
Bought a Brand nee or so I thought Rane 72 when it got delivered the box looked like it was taped up in the dark the mixer was NOT new all the chords were just thrown in the box papers were missing that are supposed to be in the box took it back false advertising says new and gives me a used one
Well, I still don't have the product I ordered 11 days ago. It's been stuck at FedEx in Perrysburg, Ohio with no expected delivery date.
item was suppose be received 23 May 2022, did not receive item until 25 May 2022, also item was wrong size according to description on ad!
