The order I placed did not include all items in the package. I have contacted customer service with no response or action plan.
I still didn’t receive the item that i bought very bad experience I regretted.
I ordered drums , hardware and cymbals on April 25th. I received the cymbals two days later. The drums and hardware are still processing. It said they were all in stock when I ordered. I had to call Sam ash to find out what was going on. They told me it should be coming in this week. Still waiting.
You did great. You had the size I was looking for, but a bit expensive. But when you need it and can't wait, you guys came through.
You could respond by talking to me. Sending emails and not replying to the response is not cool at all. Calling you and leaving a message for a call back and not calling back is not cool. That is one of my main pat peeves is poor customer service.

Despite the sales associates best efforts to make this a pleasant purchase experience, Sam Ash fell far short of being a satisfactory retailer. Combine total apathy on the part of store management, minimal on hand availability, and an antiquated credit card authorization system, Sam Ash provides zero motivation to visit a retail store. Tracking number did not work, have no idea when the shipment that was supposed to be “2 day” was gonna arrive. Called sam ash customer service and they just blowed smoke up my ass and didn’t have any real answers and still didn’t get my $128 order. 7+ days
Terrible! Your clunky web site put my order for 1 item as two and would not allow a change. The only efficiency was in sending out the order despite my many phone calls about the error. Your service rep could not correct the mistake without first contacting their supervisor who did not respond. I had to wait for delivery and ship back the items and wait again for your refund which hasn’t happened yet. Not exactly a nimble corporation except to shovel the merch out. Sam Ash isn’t about music, is it.
