Outstanding personal care; I was helped by two stores to get me the bass guitar I wanted, MJ at the Hollywood store was extremely helpful to make my purchase!!
Item listed “as new with all accessories”, but that’s completely not true. Items was heavily used & missing components that come with the new pedal. I find it hard to believe that a music store wouldn’t know these things, so all that’s left is they straight up lied. They even tried to switch known accessories with those from a 3rd party. Will never use again.
I did not order msd only wanted information on it. Now have returned it and waiting for a refund. Thanks.

Sent wrong item, used and destroyed The announce said new
1. Paid extra for two day shipping, took 5 days from the time it was shipped till I received it, that’s a 50dollar loss to me. 2. The finish on the guitar is totally covered with scratches. Going to have to get it buffed out which means I have to take the guitar apart=more money. 3. Not real happy

It was impossible to purchase a gift card on line. I had to spend the.time to call to make the purchase and then I got a confusing flurry of contradictory emails. An unhappy experience.
I assume this is about SamAsh.com and not their ebay outlet. The Ebay outlet is superb. SamAsh.com is a clown show of monkeys screwing a football. I ordered a Gibson 339 figured blueberry burst. Getting it ordered was a hassle. They put 3 holds on my bank account, so for about a week and a half, I had over $10k missing from my bank account for a $3.1k guitar. The guitar they send was supposedly "inspected" by their "techs", who must be burger flippers who've never seen a guitar, because the guitar had multiple issues.... read more
