Extremely dissapointed. I purchased a snare drum that was listed as "new". When I got it, it was used and abused. The original Evans heads were replaced, the manufacturer warranty not included, the Tama drum key waa missing. The snare was dirty, had finger prints all over and the batter rim was dented. This snare was a used/demo at best, but it was sold to me as new. It has been 7 days and I'm still waiting for customer service to do something about it. Buyer beware.
Ordered item from Sam Ash. They said it shipped two days later. Next day they sent a notice telling me my order had been canceled. Don’t list something if you don’t have it!

It took 3 months for saxophone ligature to arrive! Out of stock, can’t imagine! Last time I went to Sam Ash Springdale Ohio, store seemed a mess and unorganized. Are they having trouble?
This bass is on back order at other major retailers. After placing an order with one of the other retailers, I waited for two months before giving up and cancelling the order. I decided to give Sam Ash a try, and boy am I glad I did! In a few hours, the sales consultant I spoke with found one for me at their Hollywood store. By the same evening, the bass was shipped! Sam Ash will get my future business!
Purchased a new Catalinbread tremolo pedal, received an obviously used unit (Velcro on the back)with problems with the output and a bad switch. Sent it back with a full explanation and was refunded two weeks later. I was contacted by their sales staff a few weeks later because a potential new buyer was asking why it had been returned. This was my second bad experience with used products from Sam Ash.
Picked guitar on web site. As it turned out, with low inventories, the only version of this model available was at a California store. I was told that it was a floor model, but in excellent condition. Guitar arrived today. The face (top) of the guitar is in very good condition (not excellent; has a factory defect with a very obvious stain fingerprint right on the top near the neck). Ordered and Paid for a Boss WL 50 online. Went in to pick it up the next day and found I had misunderstood the deliver date to the store. My sales associate (I apologize for not knowing his name) went in the back and found one. Saved my day - and my gig - by going the extra mile. That is customer service!
