Before ordering this I called the store and was told it would take 2 to 4 days to be delivered. I ordered online so that the birthday present would arrive on his birthday. When it didn't arrive after I week, I called and was told it would take 2-4 weeks. The woman I talked to was unapologetic and unfriendly. Order # 2000408974 You need to do a much better job of specifically indicating how and what format the Gift Certificate comes in. You ask for a physical address from the gifter/sender, and an email from the recipient. The messaging appears to provide "Tracking" information??? For an email gift?? I understand that you do have physical items you send out and you are trying to do a "one size fits all" approach, but for people who have never done business with you it's a bit of a mystery
I’m still waiting on 2 cdj cases that were ordered with no update from the Sam ash in store rep that I made the purchase from. I reach out to him and he never gets back to me after saying he will.
I paid for 2-day shipping but wasn't told the item was out of stock. Therefore, my expectation on my item arriving was not met. If it was out of stock, notify the customer next time and perhaps I wouldn't have paid extra for shipping. The least that could have been done was to reimburse for the 2-day shipping since it didn't arrive as expected.
The online ordering process was fine and the product arrived like it should. Thanks to the drum dept in Las Vegas as you seem to be the only people in the company that can do your job. Your coroporate sales people don't call back, your customer service people don't know anything and when my issue was escalated to customer service management, they rebilled me again for my items.
