Used amp purchased in "great condition" arrived with the wrong (and according to manufacturer specs, unsafe as it was ungrounded!) power adapter. This made the amp sound awful, and apparently could have been an electrocution hazard. Contacted Sam Ash through the birdeye email they sent me, no response a week later. Bought a proper cable from elsewhere, and the amp now sounds wonderful, and as a bonus, should no longer be a danger to my family, no thanks to Sam Ash. I placed my order on 3/5 and got an email on 3/6 saying it had been shipped. It never arrived. We called today and were told the items were out of stock and a credit had been applied. As of today, I have not seen a credit. I was not sent any info about it being cancelled. Lack of communication sucks. If I did not want the items quickly, I would not have ordered them from you.
They sent me the WRONG guitar. Needed to send it back and cancelled order.
Extremely slow response times and delayed action on a list package. You had my money and I shouldn't have had to wait several days for the issue to be resolved. Further, I was told a replacement would be sent and then 2 days later someone called me to tell me that it was out of stock!
I ordered 3 items was not informed that they were short on one did not adjust the charge to reflect and even cut the packing slip out I consider this pretty much theft!
Do not order from them! My guitar I purchased which supposedly was in great condition came well below damaged. Chipped everywhere and had to spend 100 bucks on repairs. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience.
I ordered the Michael Kelly 20'th Anniversary model guitar. It arrived (FED EX) in about 4 days, which is fine. However the guitar was damaged with crack on the surface which impacted one of the control knobs. So possibly a shipping accident? The shipping box seemed to be packed with little care to protect the guitar. It was shipped from the Westminster Calif. store. The guitar is currently being returned to Tampa FL. It was the worst. They couldn't get my order correct. My order never shipped cause a label was never made .and when I wanted a refund for my money of the order that never left the warehouse I got the run around. I wi never do business with them again or recommend anyone else to do business with them
Well I ordered this item in November to start.....it's still not here. It should be though!
