I ordered a Levy's 3.5" leather ripcord guitar strap which was more than $70 for a strap which after receiving it l believe is clearly worth it, a very nice strap however my problem with it is not the strap but the damage that occurred from the way a Sam Ash employee packed it in the box. Your website needs some work. While checking out wising a gift card I was redirected back to the home page. No email or any indication my order went through. Did the entire process again and found that my gift card was no longer valid. Called in the CS, to make a king story short. Spoke with 4 different people. Was expecting calls back from two of them but never heard back. Two of the items I ordered were on back order and no indication of that on the website when ordered. Item shipped/received was not the item shown on samash.com (not even close). Returning for refund. Somewhat disappointed. CS rep was nice and handled the transaction amicably, but web czar needs to QA content more carefully.

I was sent the wrong item. When I connected via chat, 1st customer service person (Kevin) just hung up on me then ignored me for 2-3 min when connected. 2nd customer service person (Zach) did not care at all about helping. He parroted 'send it back and we'll evaluate it, then we'll ask you if you want refund or replacement' !!!! STORE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM ! Very low level service.
Have things handled in a quick manner and also have the sales reps actually call you back if they are handling your issues. My guitar came broken and took a week to get a new one sent out and I had to call to even get tracking
Sorry but I had poor experience with SamAsh. First the credit card payment method was denied for all major credit cards I tried. I was forced to use AmazonPay. I have never had problems using credits cards at other online stores. Secondly, I reported an issue for the new piano I purchased. It has been four days and I have not seen a clear resolution from them. Customer support after delivery was poor.
FedEx had packages same day order was placed. Drum set was even nicer than described. It couldn't have been any better.
