I ordered the pedal. The only one they had left was a floor model. They called me and asked if that was ok. I said yes, and it was at my house the next day!
I accepted a display item (pick guard super worn on delivery) if they would offer a 10% discount. It’s been weeks and still waiting.

Received a call from shipping in Miami. Was told my JEM 7VP was ready, had been in a "glass case", and was in "mint condition". Was told they had my trem bar, tool kit and case. Having read to be sure to check the box for damage, it was the first thing I did upon receiving. I wanted to ensure the box looked good - and it did. There were no smashed corners, sides, and no punctures. The soft case was wrapped with a ton of bubble wrap. As I pulled bubble wrap out, the trem bar fell out of some bubble wrap. Ordered a guitar online on Thursday, they called me on Friday, on my porch when I got home on Sunday evening.

I feel like the guitar that was advertised is not the guitar I ordered. It was an EHV wolfgang standard. Pictures showed a black transparent finish, soon as I opened it up it was glaringly not black but a green. was also told that the guitar played extremely smooth. That was not case. Neck was extremely bowed, stings half inch from the neck on the upper frets, strung with 11 guage stings I believe. Whammy bar extremely worn as it would not lock into place. Very disappointing service. I purchased a used bass from the Hollywood store directly over the phone that was listed on the Sam Ash web site, but they decided to sell it to someone else after they already sold it to me. When buying it over the phone, the sales person confirmed that my payment went through and I received an email confirming the sale. They also had it listed on Reverb, but never took the listing down. It took nearly a week after purchasing before the item was packed and shipped. I wasn’t on a time crunch, but it’s silly to think a company of this magnitude who is one of the top e-commerce businesses in this category is this slow to process orders. Once the item was shipped, it seemingly was as low and slow as could be. I won’t not buy from SamAsh again, but if another seller has an same item for the same price, I’ll likely give them my business instead.
