I messaged SamAsh direct through eBay and didn’t get a response so, I called and talked with a few people who told me that there wasn’t much that could be done to give me satisfaction about my purchase price but then I got an email from SamAsh telling me that I was entitled to a refund for the price difference. I did receive a refund.
Item was broken.
Never got part of my order, was literally told that the warehouse would, “ship it when they get around to it.” Cancelled the order for the piece I had not received and returning the one I did receive. Worst customer service!
I consider Sam Ash my go-to for online gear, buying since the 2000's. I never feel like I'm schmoozed and stroked, as with SW, nor one among minions, like on MF. I engage in drumset and guitar retail therapy, Sam Ash has the remendy.
You sent me the wrong item. Please send me the correct item. I’m highly disappointed with Sam ash
Second time I place an order and it gives me an option to add an alternate pickup person, and the store has no idea that I added a pic of person when it's time to pick it up. Also Guitar center has as far superior search function on their website.

Half of my order was delivered in a timely manner, the other half took over a week longer and tracking showed it took almost a week to leave the store and all items showed to be in stock. Contacted customer support and they tried to blame USPS even though it showed it didn’t go to a USPS facility for four days after the label was created. Probably will only do business in store from now on and see how that goes.
I bought drum heads from Sam Ash via E-bay 3 weeks ago. Sam Ash provided 3 $15.00 off my next purchase coupons in the drum head box. When I went to buy these DW Concert Toms from Sam Ash via E-Bay within the last week and I tried to use one of the coupons you sent, you denied me use of the coupon. You emailed me that the coupon will only be accepted in the Sam Ash store. I live very far from the nearest Sam Ash store. I feel like you baited me with a coupon that you will not honor. This is unkind of your business.
