After leaving phone messages and sending enough e-mails, Sam Ash has promised to monetarily compensate me for damage to a new guitar amplifier incurred in shipment.
I honestly can't possibly think of how this transaction could've gotten any worse. Saying I will never do business here again is a huge understatement. On 11/26/21, I ordered my amp. FedEx placed it in the wrong truck, and so I noticed it going in the wrong direction. I canceled it from there, and this was in black Friday. I expected the guitar factory sealed and it was not. The finish was also defective. Returned at the store and they had an attitude. Sam Ash has tanked so bad. Ill never buy from them again.

WHERE IS MY PRODUCT?
I ordered a Trumpet for a Christmas present for my daughter. When she opened the case Christmas morning, the only thing in it was a mouthpiece. I repeatedly contacted the company by phone and message, but was never able to get any response from Sam Ash about a replacement. Then 5 days later they refund my money without once talking to me directly. I wanted the trumpet, not my money back! Take into consideration, your clients time. They processed the same order 3 times, had me wait for 4 hours nearby for my order to be picked up, they then called me to tell me that the order is ready, then they called again 45 minutes later to tell me that i would need to come the next day instead. This was a terrible experience- One star doesn’t even do it justice.
Purchased wrong item and customer service told me to go to a nearby store to exchange item I wanted. Best customer service out there.
