Will never order from Samash.com again. I cancelled an order, 2 days later the order shipped. Customer service had the package rerouted while in transit. I was still charged and am now waiting for the package to be returned in order to receive refund (why do I have to wait for it to be returned when I never even received it?). Customer service reps (extra long wait times just to speak to one) are not knowledgeable. Can’t even give me any proof my order was cancelled in case I need to file dispute with my CC company. I ordered the blue Panyard steel drum with the feet, but received the silver one instead. I'll keep it because I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it, but I am annoyed.
I still do not have my product. Takes customer service over 24 hours to respond.
I tried ordering a bass over the phone. Was left on hold for an hour. Charged for it TWICE in advanced before I even received the item. Got hung up on by the manager when I asked her why was I charged twice said shell deal with it. Cancelled the order because it didn't come on time. Then got charged AGAIN.
Sam Ash had exactly what I wanted and I had it in two days!!! Yikes that's service!!
I was contacted on the phone and told my order didn’t go through. So I bought another one from a different retailer that I now must return. Kind of created be a hassle for me but I like the device.
The ONLY reason I continued to work with Sam Ash is because the King of Prussia GM San Du was efficient, diligent and continued to work through the issues Sam Ash and their chosen shipping vender FedEx continued to create.
Experience has shown me that not all eBay sellers are equal when it comes to shipping heads! You’d think it would go without saying that something so fragile can’t be shipped (no matter which carrier or how careful they are) in the flimsy packaging they come in, yet noted sellers (smug Drum Center of New Hampshire, for example continue to disappoint me! Thank Heaven for Sam Ash; may y’all live long and prosper... 🖖
