advertising the item with a correct description is the best way to do business....I ordered a Marshall Amplification black baseball style hat ORDER #2000209544....so excited to receive this item because the description said hat had a velcro attachment in the back....again super excited to receive the hat, mainly because it is really hard to find hats with velcro strap...THIS HAT DOES NOT HAVE A VELCRO STRAP IT HAS A BUCKLE!!!!! My item was damaged when I received it. Once notified of this Sam Ash promptly sent me a prepaid shipping label and issued me a full refund when I returned the item.
Received guitar in damaged condition and returned and haven’t heard any thing from them.
I needed something to be picked up from the store. On the online order, it said to add a name of who will pick it up for me. I filled all that information in for nothing because when he got there, (1) the order wasn't ready, (2) when it was ready, he was told he couldn't pick it up. I had to call corperate because the store manager didnt want to talk to me, then the store called me which wasn't helpful, then l had to email the store...it was a long, frustrating experience. I will not be coming back here unless l HAVE to.
