It was a deal I couldn’t refuse
Here's the thing... if you are going to have brick & mortar stores... STOCK THEM! Relying on Internet sales is stupid. Having to wait a week to get something you need is deplorable, especially since I live two blocks away from the Tampa store. This chain is doomed to fail... and I will never buy from them again. The only saving grace was that I got the tubes for $5.00 less than Amazon. This world is going to crap because of the Internet and retailers not carrying product anymore...
Order reeds(stated in Stock)...did not inform me it was coming from different Sam Ash sites...WOULD not have ordered if I was informed correctly...because Small Items are usually stolen or never Delivered...
I am a Bassist and there was poor selection of Bass Guitars on the Showroom floor, What Happen?
Ordered items for a birthday. No one told me the items were on backorder. When I inquired about what happened, the blame was passed to me because, "someone should have told you" and "you should have known". No customer service, no processes to notify of backorder status. In addition, there is no indication on the website items are on backorder until you've made the order, they've realized items not in stock, and they update the website. I Lost My money un the Buy of the guitar in offee. I think do Buy in the next time un this place...
Do not list items as being in stock on your website if they are actually not in stock. Also, notify customers if you cancel an order due to an item being out of stock.
It seemed my order went through and also had a notice that it was shipped which meant that my credit card was falsely charged. I had to sent an email after more than ten days after waiting for the unit to arrive to find out that it was never shipped. Although I was issued a refund, why was my credit card charged in the first place if there was no actual product. Total BS.
