I placed my order on Sunday, Oct. 3rd and my order stayed in "Processing" status until Tuesday, Oct. 5th when I contacted Customer Service about it. Finally received my order on Monday, Oct. 11th. As a comparison, I placed another order with a competing music website the same day (Oct. 3rd) and received those items on Tuesday, Oct. 5th (free shipping also). Let’s say, for example, you don’t have an item in stock that I ordered. Don’t fucking charge my card! Or at the least return the money without my having to ask for it. For fucks sake, fuck you people
I ordered a drum monitor over a week ago it was never delivered and still waiting on results.
I bought a new PA and it came looking like some dragged it across a parking lot. Someone has definitely used it for a long time and returned it. The box it came in had the bubble wrap just sitting on the top and bottom like the person who returned it packed it and it was never quality checked. I emailed customer service with photos and still haven’t heard anything back.
Ordered a ddj-1000 controller. Paid for 2 day shipping to find out 2 days later the product wasn’t in stock. I Called up And got a refund. 2 days later they charged my card again for the same amount Unauthorized and it took me an additional 4 days to recover my money. I wouldn’t place another order with this company ever again.
Ordered a NEW bass cabinet online and the Miami store tried to sell me a floor model. The salesman that called me had to ask his manager if they could give me a discount, came back with$30 off. That's a slap in the face. I canceled all there orders and will close my account as soon as I pay it off.
