Don’t lie. Tell me an order shipped then 4 hours later say you’re out of stock and then do nothing to find the product elsewhere. Needed that PA speaker for a gig. Never buy a thing from your company ever again
2 separate experiences.. one was a pickup and the other was delivery. Horrible communication, disorganized.. they seem understaffed.
Customer service hid the truth about the availability of my product. Made several calls for shipping info and received no call backs or email with my info. Finally once I found out where the item was shipping from. The local store told me the truth and helped me out.
Ordered a DMX controller. It arrived with half the channels not working. Sent it back at didn't get my refund. Contacted customer service and they gave me the date the the charge was credited to my account and said they'd contact me within 24 hours with the transaction number to give to my credit card company. They didn't contact me. I called and they admitted that my card was never credited and told me it would be taken care of within 48 hours., it was. Agent was short, abrupt, and did not provide much information to me, told me to contact customer service and gave me a ref number with no other information
Item never shipped. No tracking information proved. Email received read Matrix rate no tracking number. Read your recent eBay comment. You have frauded several recent customers by not shipping paid in full merchandise. There will be no next time for me. Poor customer service
I ordered four guitar hangers and only three came.
I ordered a guitar from this company weeks ago. I got a random email saying that the guitar was damaged so I emailed back saying I was only interested in a brand new guitar. I never got a reply back so I sent another email with no reply again. At this point I figured it was just a mix up because a few days later I got a notification saying that the guitar shipped.
