It took me 2 days to actually speak to someone in customer service about a question on an incomplete order. The worst experience I have ever had. I will never buy from them again.

There was no tracking number on a $130 order. I can spend $5 on Amazon and get tracking information. Also, the pedal was sold to me as brand new in box. When I received it, the box was banged up, the seal was broken on the bag the pedal was in, and the pedal itself was scuffed and there was adhesive residue on one side. It clearly was not a new pedal. If I wanted this pedal used, I would’ve bought it for half the price on Reverb.

You can actually ship my item. Been 2 weeks already and 3 times I’ve called to inquire..all 3 times the item was still at the store. Execuses, execuses, execuses..and apologies…but still no item. Cancelling the order.

I ordered an ernie ball expression tremolo online and you guys sent me a used & defective one. I have to drive down for more than an hour to my local sam ash music store to return it. Such a waste of time. Now, i am waiting for the replacement.

First Sam Ash wanted to send me a used instrument that was advertised as new. I refused. Then they supposedly sent a new one but there is no tracking number. Frustrating.

Sam Ash changed the guitar I selected and paid for. I purchased a new guitar and SA attempted to swap it with a floor model. My attempts to contact were unanswered several times before Lynn contacted me. The shipment was turned back at my request but I am still waiting for a refund to my credit card.

I bought a Roland BA330 speaker. There were only two left in any stores, so a store shipped me a floor model. The store did not include proper packaging and the speaker was damaged. Lisa Deyo in customer service assured me that they could get me the other unit if I returned it. I shipped it back, and heard nothing for a week.
