Bought a Tony Iommi Epiphone SG, had to be shipped to my house from a different location. The employee from the other store claimed small cosmetic use and was sold as new to me (the store mine contacted to have it shipped to my house). Rane Seventy had been out of stock for several weeks on your website. This week it displayed as being in stock so I placed my order. When I did not receive an email showing that it had shipped I called only to find out that it is not in-stock. I was also told that this is an item that you don’t carry. I ordered a Roland VAD 306 SEP 19. Last night (SEP 30) I received a "Good news .. your order has shipped" email. I called to check shipping status and SamAsh reported that my order was CANCELLED. What?? That's not "Good news" at all... Customer Service could not help explain why .. only told me to contact the store from where I bought it. Terrible service .. terrible communication. I'll take my business somewhere else.

The shopping cart page said 3 to 4 days when I paid and then I received an email saying 8 days. It then came in 6 days.
I needed help after an ebay purchase and received no communication I desperately needed. I will never waste my time with them again. Buyer Beware, their feedback in this area sucks.
Everything was great - until I had to return a defective guitar. Then it was a hassle trying to get the money refunded back to my mastercard. The retail store (where I returned the guitar) said they had nothing to do with the money part. But the main Sam Ash online entity told me the store had to issue the refund.
