I was on a wait list for a microphone kit. It was backordered for like 3 months. About 1 mo they sent me THE WRONG KIT. It was sent back for credit, but now I'M AT THE BACK OF THE LINE AND LOST 6 WKS OF WAITING FOR THE KIT. NOT happy about this at all. Customer service, however was responsive and I could easily communicate with, which was refreshing compared to the nightmares I've experienced with other companies.
You learn more about the speakers you sell! Don’t so quick to lose a sale of the same product to a competitor that you sell the products for! You would match a return item with an open box item of the same product! So you lost a sale!
Bass arrived damaged horrible packaging
First off I dislike having to do this but I don't feel like I have a choice. I ordered a new fender performer series telecaster on a Friday and because I had a few extra bucks and was excited to get my guitar i opted for overnight delivery. The info that wasn't provided was the courier service was FedEx and that SamAsh didn't ship on the weekends. Who would pay $150 for overnight shipping if you couldn't get it overnight??!! I have already contacted customer support. If SA wants to survive and mush less thrive they are going to have to focus on the customer experience. I have never had a problem with Amazon.
Order shipped included two empty MDF boxes, not the two studio monitors paid for. Correction process was slow and difficult.
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Slow response, cut off, first order cancelled. Phone call on hold for 20 minutes only to be told there was no customer service available. Awful
I ordered back in May. It is the end of October and I still have not received my full order. Response to communication is lacking and there is not support in customer service. I will not order from Sam Ash again, sadly.
Nothing major; just that it took 70 hours to get my keyboard delivered from Tampa, an hour away. Had I know that, I would've driven there and picked it up myself. That said, Sam Ash STILL BLOWS AWAY STUPID GUITER CENTER!
