Terrible customer service. "supervisor CS" sent me an email saying that they would resolve this and that they were on it. That was a WEEK AGO. I have to call up and find out what's going on and wait on hold for 20 minutes? When asked if they can send the order again I said, "with UPS?" They only use FedEx was the reply. The only shipping delays I've ever had have been with FedEx. So far it’s just the way my salesman told me it would be, like a doctors explanation.
My local store didn’t have what I wanted. I was ready to call Sweetwater but without me asking, Brian in pro audio offered to call other stores and it shipped directly to me free of charge. He made this happen and called back with the tracking #. I always go to Sam ash before guitar center
Do not post misleading pictures on eBay. The pictured guitar was a cutaway classical but I received was not.
Next day delivery does not mean next week
I was placing my internet order on Sunday when I found I could not complete the order. Seems Century Link was having national issues that day. I called the Sam Ash 800 number and the agent said he could input my order over the phone. As we were speaking, the internet came up long enough for me to hit the place order button. My message is, how great to be able to speak to an agent on Sunday!!!
If you can ONLY ship to the billing address when using a Sam Ash card, make it clear up front. Don’t let me place an order for almost $4000 worth of gear, have me wait for the backorder to be ready, send me a shipping notification, and.then tell me “whoops sorry can’t ship it after all. Gonna have to cancel your order unless you want it shipped somewhere else” and when I call to discuss I find out you already canceled the order before even hearing from me anyway.
