I ordered a set of speakers that were supposedly on back order, despite every other music store and Amazon recently getting them back in stock. After a month of no updates, I called and was told it would be at least another month before they were in, if that. I cancelled the order. A few weeks later I get a notification that the order was shipped and my card was charged. How does this happen?
I ordered a keyboard. And then jut got an email for a refund which had no explanation. I called customer service and was told that my order was cancelled because it was out of stock.

I made a purchase on 8/18 and I didn't get a confirmation as to when it would be shipped, so I called customer service on the 20th and was put on hold and they never returned. So I called back on the 21st to find out my order was never fully processed. So the gentleman I spoke to said he would take care of it and he did. I needed my purchase for a session but had to borrow from a friend to do my complete my session. Very inconvenient.. Thanks for listening...
SAM ASH?! MORE LIKE SCAM ASH! I ordered a power supply and instrument cable. Simply right? Website listed items as “in stock“ and “ready to ship.” Great! Right?! Paid extra for expedited two-day shipping. Sweet!? THREE DAYS LATER I received a customer service case number EMAIL that had zero info of my order or it’s shipping status. I contacted Scam Ash by phone and was told that the instrument cable was not available and that the shipping label for the power supply had been created but NEVER SHIPPED! My order was mysteriously cancelled and refunded. Called the corporate number and the manager addressed the issue immediately while exceeding my expectations!
I paid for FedEx Next Day and did not receive item, Next Day.
Let customer know when an item was broken in warehouse after being returned by fed ex because they could not locate your store. I was told it would ship the next day directly to me after that but then it was damaged in warehouse. I called 3 days later to get a tracking number and learned that it was the last one and now damaged. Why wasn't i notified by you store. Then Carlos told me he would locate a floor model and would make me a good deal. Asked to give him 20 min. He never called back. That was Monday around 4pm... read more
